Julián and Tomás were inseparable as children. As they grew older they grew further apart. Julian stayed in Spain, going through a divorce and the highs and lows of an acting career. Tomás, a teacher, moved to Canada and created a peaceful life with his wife and children. They reconnect in Madrid and their friendship begins again. Together the two spend a few wonderful days in the city full of nostalgic memories and unforgettable experiences -knowing that this will probably be their last reunion because Julián has been diagnosed terminally ill with cancer.
